In-stock items ordered before 1pm EST are usually sent the same day. Your order will arrive within 2-5 business days, though delays may occur due to availability or other circumstances. All items are sent from our store in Melbourne, Victoria.
Returns & Replacements
We are confident you will love your selection. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for any food items, including beverages.
However if for any reason you wish to send back a kitchenware or homeware item, we do accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Return the product to the address below via Australia Post (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Please note that all components of a gift set or collection must be returned.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be sent free of charge.
Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
- For every $50 spent in the one transaction, member will receive $5 credit on their account, to the value of $15
- Credit takes 24 hours before available for redemption
- When redeeming credit no credit can be earned
- No expiration date on accrued credit
- Loyalty accounts may be terminated at any time
- Loyalty credits cannot be earned or used to purchase gift vouchers
- Rewards cannot be transferred or reassigned and are not redeemable for cash
- By signing up to the loyalty program you agree to receiving communications for Gourmet Living promotions and offers
- Gourmet Living may amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice however we will endeavour to notify loyalty customers via email
- You will not be eligible to receive Gourmet Living loyalty credit when receiving volume discounts on hampers.
- When redeeming a maximum of $30 credit can be used in the one transaction.
